The Customer Order Processor plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders for specialized surgical supplies. Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness at every stage of the fulfillment process.
  • Research products to identify suitable options and make informed suggestions to customers based on their specific needs and requirements.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies, including FedEx and other carriers, to facilitate expedited shipping and ensure timely delivery of orders, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
  • Work effectively under pressure to manage competing priorities and meet demanding customer expectations, while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in order processing or a related field, preferably in a medical supply company or a similar industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with product research and the ability to make informed recommendations to customers based on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures and logistics, including experience working with FedEx or other shipping companies, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed to ensure the success of the team and the company.
