Responsibilities
- Process invoices through the SAP system while maintaining data accuracy.
- Assist in solving invoicing anomalies and issues to ensure timely payments.
- Manage and distribute operational information between internal and external customers.
- Utilize existing tools to complete tasks without creating new processes.
- Perform goods receipting for all inter-company transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Report job status to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience with SAP ERP required.
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, required.
- Ability to commute to New Holland, PA 17557 required.
- Ability to relocate to New Holland, PA 17557 before starting work required.
