About the position
The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team by creating quotes, managing purchase orders, and providing support to customers, particularly Spanish-speaking clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in ERP and CRM software to ensure efficient sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Create quotes and support outside sales
- Use ERP software to enter purchase orders
- Use CRM to support customers and outside sales team
- Check stock for availability
- Support Spanish speaking customers
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years sales support experience
- Experience with ERP and CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Sage 50 preferred
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and customer focused
- Good math skills for entering quotations
- Basic MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Preferred work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to work on site, not remote
