About the position
The Sales Support Specialist at Top Rx LLC serves as a crucial link between Account Managers and various internal departments, primarily focusing on facilitating sales orders within order processing systems. This role requires a proactive team player who can manage a demanding workload while maintaining a positive attitude. The specialist will ensure the accuracy of sales reports, assist in resolving credit hold issues, and provide administrative support to enhance team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper order flow is being followed.
- Analyze details of sales reports/SOP's to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare accurate sales reports as needed for management.
- Act as a liaison between credit and sales departments to resolve credit hold issues.
- Provide back-up support to the receptionist.
- Answer multi-line phone and route calls to appropriate extensions.
- Address questions from other departments regarding priorities and processes.
- Monitor effectiveness and suggest new ideas for improvement.
- Promote team cohesiveness and provide feedback as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing and reviewing reports and incorporating 'Best Practices'.
- Monitor all activity to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the sales support field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with AS400 is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
