About the position

The Sales Support Specialist will perform a variety of operational functions to support the setup and maintenance of customer accounts in the client's systems. This role focuses on ensuring customer requests and inquiries are completed accurately and timely, with an emphasis on operational excellence. The position involves troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other teams to resolve disputes, while also understanding the complexities of maintaining customer accounts and the client's marketing and sales landscape. This developmental role is designed for individuals interested in gaining a solid foundation in sales support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create Customer accounts using MSAP, RA, TMS and Pega to facilitate the E2E completion of setups working with OSP and Equity terminals.
  • Champion Sales Operational Excellence while ensuring policy, process, and authority compliance.
  • Consistently demonstrate a customer focus in all tasks by actively working to understand how we can best support our customers and their business needs.
  • Maintain adherence to prescribed controls by ensuring accurate and up-to-date completion of work.
  • Effectively engage internal and external stakeholders to facilitate setups and troubleshoot customer setup issues.
  • Provide second level troubleshooting support for setups to ensure timely resolution and successful customer loading.
  • Work in a dynamic environment, interacting with internal and external staff, and customers.
  • Understand multiple processes and systems and how they are integrated.
  • Demonstrate leadership attributes and support continuous improvement of processes through knowledge sharing with cross-functional teams.
  • Multi-task and manage varying priorities.
  • Complete special projects as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum two (2) years or more experience in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, both in a team and individual atmosphere.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working on complex issues in a team environment to achieve resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate to complete tasks across various teams.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
