About the position

The Sales Support position at HornerXpress Worldwide is designed to provide exceptional customer service to international clients. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines while supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient order processing.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, courteous and prompt service
• Processing orders and quotes
• Assisting with order fulfillment
• Order and quote follow-up with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and communication
• Supporting the sales team with customer requests, sales trip preparation and follow up
• Assisting with researching products and sources
• Communicating effectively, accurately and positively both verbally and in writing
• Assisting with answering the main telephone line, directing calls appropriately
• Mailing, shipping and e-mailing information and marketing materials
• Updating customer information in internal databases
• Proactively improving knowledge of products, processes and solutions with continuous training and education

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the team
• Excellent problem solving and people skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
• Customer service experience (export a plus)
• Pool industry experience/knowledge a plus
• A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Dynamics 365 software a plus
• Consistency and reliability
