The role involves supporting the residential trade customer group by assisting with sales functions, addressing customer inquiries, and providing product recommendations. Responsibilities

• Support the residential trade customer group.
• Assist in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls and resolving customer concerns.
• Help customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs.
• Provide hands-on assistance at the parts counter and backup support in the warehouse as needed.
• Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
• Collaborate with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• A desire to learn with a drive to succeed.
• Passion for collaboration and assisting customers.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs.
• Drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
