Responsibilities

• Source Sales Talent using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person events.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for the Miami and Denver offices through high-volume outreach.
• Conduct phone and Zoom interviews to screen candidates and promote opportunities at GoTu.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and align recruitment with business needs.
• Proactively nurture a pipeline of candidates for immediate and long-term growth.
• Evaluate candidates' knowledge, experience, and potential to ensure quality hires.
• Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent across the country.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally within sales or a tech startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and excite candidates.
• High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
• Organized, empathetic, and action-oriented self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with constant change.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
