About the position

The Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist at Birdeye Inc. is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process within the HR department. This role focuses on identifying hiring needs, advertising job openings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will leverage innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, particularly for sales and go-to-market positions, while collaborating closely with hiring teams throughout the interview and offer phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate process from sourcing to onboarding to ensure a streamlined and engaging experience.
• Evaluate skill levels and culture fit, make salary recommendations, and manage the offer phase.
• Ensure collaboration and preparedness of the hiring team throughout the interview and offer process.
• Leverage ATS reporting functionality to communicate candidate pipelines and recruiting status.
• Implement innovative strategies to source a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting sales/go-to-market positions.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding established metrics and goals.
• Experience in advanced sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Deep understanding of recruiting and sourcing tools such as Indeed, Paylocity, and LinkedIn.
