Responsibilities

  • Lead direct sales efforts in the designated territory.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses to promote supplemental insurance products.
  • Conduct personalized interactions with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.
  • Deliver product presentations to groups ranging from 50 to 100+ individuals.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
  • Support the sales staff and increase overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interactions with customers and sales staff.
  • Leadership skills and experience in mentorship.
  • Strategic planning abilities and familiarity with effective sales strategies.
  • Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.
  • Ability to train others effectively.
