About the position

The Sales Technician Apprentice role is a full-time position focused on troubleshooting and repairing various issues while providing excellent customer service. The apprentice will be responsible for arriving on time, effectively communicating with customers, and completing tasks in a timely manner. This position requires physical strength and the ability to handle tools and equipment necessary for the job.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to job, ready to work.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of problems and obstacles.
• Interact with customers and effectively communicate problems and solutions.
• Complete work in a timely manner.
• Handle cash and payments.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 75lbs overhead.
• Must have a clean legal and driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have own tools including ladder, impact, wrenches, sockets, etc.
• Must be highly motivated with a good attitude, friendly demeanor, and well spoken.
