About the position

The Territory Business Manager for Oral Health at Philips is responsible for promoting and selling the Philips Sonicare and Zoom product lines to dental professionals within a designated territory. This role involves building strategic partnerships with dentists and dental teams, achieving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective use of Philips Oral Healthcare products in dental practices. The position requires a strong understanding of the products and their clinical significance, as well as the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through direct business-to-business selling.

Responsibilities

  • Detail the Philips product portfolio to key dental professionals including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants.
  • Achieve established revenue growth expectations for dental practices within the assigned territory.
  • Sell the Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio to dental professionals for use with patients.
  • Understand the science and clinical significance behind Sonicare power toothbrush and Zoom Whitening products.
  • Drive professional product usage and brand recommendations, meeting or exceeding direct sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts.

Nice-to-haves

  • Dental or Medical Sales experience is a plus.
