The Territory Business Manager for Oral Healthcare at Philips is responsible for promoting and detailing the latest innovations in the Philips product portfolio to key dental professionals, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and dental team members. This role involves building strong, strategic sales partnerships through various methods such as office visits, lunch and learns, and product demonstrations. The primary goal is to drive the Sonicare brand as the #1 Most Often Recommended (MOR) power toothbrush and solidify the Zoom brand as the leading patient-requested professional whitening system. Additionally, the Territory Business Manager consults on the full line of Oral Care brands to help dental practices develop effective oral care plans. In this position, the Territory Business Manager will link the Philips Sonicare, Philips Zoom, and Oral Care portfolio to dental professionals within a designated geographic territory. The role requires achieving established revenue growth expectations for dental practices and selling the Philips Oral Healthcare product portfolio for use with patients. A comprehensive understanding of the science and clinical significance behind the Sonicare power toothbrush, Zoom Whitening, and other Oral Care products is essential. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for direct business-to-business selling and professional product detailing, with a focus on driving product usage, brand recommendations, and meeting or exceeding direct sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills. They should be able to quickly learn new concepts and processes and have proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications. A minimum of three years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals is required. While dental or medical sales experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. The role also involves approximately 15-20% overnight travel, and candidates must be able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
