About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for Enovis' Chattanooga and LightForce product lines in Connecticut. This role involves developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, achieving sales revenue goals, and coordinating resources to maximize sales effectiveness. The manager will engage in field promotional work, educate customers on product offerings, and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales goals and objectives through effective sales to designated accounts.
  • Cultivate customer relationships by initiating contact with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and trends in the industry.
  • Demonstrate and educate customers on technical and clinical aspects of products.
  • Prepare price quotations and negotiate terms and conditions of sales within authority limits.
  • Assist with equipment delivery, set-up, follow-up, and service as needed.
  • Facilitate local educational and sales events to enhance business presence.
  • Attend national, regional, state, and local tradeshows and conferences as required.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to exceed financial and market goals for the territory.
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain up-to-date contacts, opportunities, and sales funnel.
  • Manage leads and identify new sales opportunities effectively.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives.
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Proactively cultivate competitive opportunities and defend against competitive threats.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or relevant Customer Service for Territory Manager; 5 years for Senior Territory Manager.
  • Experience selling capital equipment is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build constructive relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills in 1:1 or group settings.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
  • Trustworthy and demonstrates integrity in interactions.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well in teams.
  • Strong customer orientation and business acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce platform.
