Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will engage in regular communication and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software, you will track sales activities and customer interactions, providing valuable insights into your sales performance and customer needs. Additionally, you will provide technical sales support to customers as needed, ensuring they have the information and assistance required to make informed purchasing decisions. Negotiating with clients to secure profitable agreements will also be a key aspect of your role. You will need to demonstrate excellent negotiation and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
