About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to oversee a specific geographic area, driving sales and increasing market share. The ideal candidate will be motivated and passionate about sales and business development, responsible for developing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular communication and visits
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
  • Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
