About the position

The Sales, Territory Manager for Image Guided Therapy Devices in Southern Oregon is responsible for achieving sales of disposable products and services within the assigned territory. This role involves managing customer relationships, advancing revenue, and collaborating with Clinical Specialists and Market Development Managers to launch new products. The position requires strong clinical and technical knowledge, as well as the ability to engage with key partners to present value propositions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory.
  • Managing activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers.
  • Developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.
  • Partnering with customer contacts across the hospital or clinic to discover new opportunities for product expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to engage key partners.
