About the position

The Sales, Territory Manager for Image Guided Therapy Devices in Southern Oregon is responsible for achieving sales targets for disposable products and services within the assigned territory. This role involves collaborating with clinical specialists and market development managers to enhance revenue and market position while managing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for product expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory.
  • Monitoring new products in the assigned subject area and current and future company products.
  • Managing activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers.
  • Developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.
  • Partnering with customer contacts across hospitals or clinics to discover new opportunities for product expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
  • BA or BS in Business or a similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to engage key partners confidently.
  • Ability to manage assigned accounts effectively, driving utilization and customer relationship management.
