Responsibilities

  • Managing and increasing sales and market share with customers in the Minneapolis, MN area.
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers by solving problems and creating value for our customers.
  • Educate and train all our distributors/customers on the features and benefits of ASGCO products and services.
  • Ensure technical service requirements for the customers are met.
  • Generate new business with new or existing customers.
  • Create materials for and conduct sales presentations to customers.
  • Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customers' concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and customer service in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude, particularly in conveyor systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills, including spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and train others.
  • Experience in industrial sales, particularly in markets such as aggregate, coal, cement, and recycling.
