About the position

As a Sales Territory Manager for Peripheral Image-Guided Therapy Devices at Philips, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services within your assigned territory of El Paso, TX. Your primary responsibility will be to advance revenue and enhance the market position of our innovative therapy solutions. You will be expected to keep abreast of new products in your area of expertise as well as current and future offerings from Philips. This role requires you to manage activities related to product development and launch goals in collaboration with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers. In this position, you will develop your skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department. You will also be responsible for partnering with customer contacts across hospitals or clinics to discover new opportunities for product expansion. Your ability to effectively manage assigned accounts will be critical, as you will drive utilization, manage customer relationships, resolve problems, and engage in business planning while successfully managing a budget and utilizing an expense reporting system. Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory.
  • Assisting in advancing revenue and market position.
  • Keeping tabs on new products in assigned subject area and of current and future company products.
  • Managing activity, development, and launch-product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers.
  • Developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
  • BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge with the ability to engage key partners confidently.
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts, driving utilization and customer relationship management.
