About the position

As a Sales - Residential Territory Manager at Sierra Pacific Industries, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our factory direct wood and clad window and door products within the Chicago sales area. This position requires a proactive approach to selling, where you will be responsible for preparing and delivering timely quotes to customers, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and creating a solid customer base. You will need to identify potential customers and have a keen understanding of the construction activity within your territory to effectively meet the needs of your clients. Your responsibilities will include successfully cold calling potential clients, helping them identify their needs, and ensuring that you meet or exceed their expectations. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience in construction and window sales a plus
  • Working knowledge of residential construction practices preferred
  • Window and door product knowledge a plus
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and math skills
  • Attention to detail, organized, and self-motivated
  • Must thrive in a competitive environment
