About the position

We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Sales - Territory Manager - Residential to sell windows and doors to our customers in the Steamboat Springs, Colorado sales area. In this role, you will be responsible for selling factory direct wood/clad window and door products, preparing and delivering timely quotes, and building and maintaining business relationships. You will create and maintain a solid customer base, identify potential customers, and have a strong understanding of territory construction activity. The ability to successfully cold call and help customers identify their needs is essential, as is the goal to meet or exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in construction and window sales. A working knowledge of residential construction practices and window and door product knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer and math skills, attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation are crucial for success in this competitive environment. Applicants should ideally reside in the Steamboat Springs or surrounding areas, as local knowledge will be beneficial in this role.
