About the position

As a Territory Manager for RespirTech, a division of Philips, you will play a crucial role in providing the InCourage airway clearance therapy to patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases and neuromuscular disorders. This position involves outside sales and territory management, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in both clinic and hospital settings. Your primary goal will be to reach patients who can benefit from the InCourage therapy solution, ultimately leading to improved health outcomes. In this role, you will be expected to employ a hunter mentality to identify new business opportunities, overcome objections, and change mindsets within the healthcare community. You will also be tasked with fostering growth and maintaining positive relationships with existing accounts, ensuring that the needs of both the patients and healthcare providers are met effectively. The position requires a significant amount of time spent in the field, with expectations to be present within your designated territory approximately 90% of the time, which may include some overnight travel. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, particularly in the durable/home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sectors. Your ability to navigate the complexities of outside sales within a designated territory will be critical to your success. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related work experience.
  • 3+ years of successful direct field sales experience.
  • Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Ability to work outside sales within the designated territory.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare sales is preferred but not mandatory.
