About the position

The Territory Manager for RespirTech at Philips is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in clinics and hospitals to promote the InCourage airway clearance therapy solution. This role focuses on outside sales and territory management, aiming to improve patient outcomes through effective sales strategies in a largely untapped market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare teams in clinics and hospitals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and employ a hunter mentality to overcome objections and change mindsets.
  • Foster growth and maintain positive relationships within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related work experience.
  • 3+ years of successful direct field sales experience or outside sales experience within the designated territory.
  • Ability to be in the field within the territory 90% of the time, including some overnight stays.
  • Previous experience in durable/home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales.
