About the position

The Sales, Territory Manager for RespirTech at Philips is responsible for outside sales and territory management, focusing on new business development and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new opportunities and foster growth within the territory, primarily in the field, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales targets and enhancing patient care through innovative health technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage outside sales and territory management for RespirTech products.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain positive relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identify and overcome objections to change mindsets in the market.
  • Spend 90% of time in the field, including some overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related work experience.
  • 3+ years of successful direct field sales experience.
  • Ability to work in the field 90% of the time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales.
