About the position

The Sales, Territory Manager for Sleep and Respiratory Care at Philips is a key role focused on increasing market penetration and driving growth for Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services within the Philadelphia territory. This position involves consultative selling, building professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and achieving sales quotas through effective territory management.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio of products and services in the territory.
  • Differentiate Philips products from competitors through consultative selling and executing defined sales messaging.
  • Serve as the territory expert for the Philips SRC Patient Interface product and service portfolio, including Care Orchestrator.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas for Patient Interface products in the territory.
  • Execute defined sales and marketing initiatives, documenting sales calls through salesforce.com.
  • Develop professional relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribing physicians, and DME stakeholders.
  • Ask for Patient Interface prescriptions and DME orders.
  • Execute long-term customer purchasing agreements to achieve annual growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize key customer targets for sales calls, managing time effectively across the territory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, general business, or clinical studies preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or home care.
  • Consultative selling skills are required.
  • Experience selling Sleep therapy Patient Interface products and services is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use a vehicle for customer visits and occasionally lift medical devices up to 100 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in territory management and home care sales.
  • Familiarity with durable medical equipment companies and sleep labs.
