About the position

The Territory Manager for VeriSight 3D ICE will represent Philips' innovative 3D Intracardiac Echo Catheter to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC area. This role focuses on establishing Philips as a leader in the ICE market, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders, and driving education and adoption of the product within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Philips as an ICE leader within the assigned territory.
  • Communicate Philips' value and vision to customers through strong relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers for product support, education, and engagement.
  • Grow new and existing programs while maximizing user experiences for Philips ICE.
  • Work with Clinical Specialists to provide clinical support and sales assistance.
  • Develop measurable business plans aligned to divisional goals.
  • Analyze sales figures and reports to derive actionable insights.
  • Communicate updates and modifications to sales management.
  • Monitor competitive pressures and market movements affecting territory performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or related experience in the medical device business, preferably in structural heart or electrophysiology.
  • Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and product portfolios in structural heart and electrophysiology.
  • Cardiac imaging experience, especially TEE and ICE.
  • Experience in high-growth opportunity markets and territory management.
  • Established network of key cardiology opinion leaders and industry relationships.
  • Familiarity with Hospital Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital equipment sales cycle.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience.

  • Experience in consultative sales and account management.
  • Strong time management and sales execution skills.
  • Ability to drive physician and staff training for existing and new programs.
