About the position

The Territory Manager for VeriSight 3D ICE at Philips will represent the innovative 3D Intracardiac Echo Catheter to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC area. This role focuses on establishing Philips as a leader in the ICE market, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders, and driving education and adoption of the product. The position requires a consultative approach to sales, collaboration with clinical specialists, and the development of actionable business plans to achieve divisional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Philips as an ICE leader within the assigned territory.
  • Communicate Philips' value and vision to customers through strong relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers for product support, education, and engagement.
  • Grow new and existing programs while maximizing user experiences for Philips ICE.
  • Drive education, awareness, and adoption across multiple users.
  • Manage a targeted funnel of new prospects and provide clinical support with Clinical Specialists.
  • Develop measurable business plans aligned to divisional goals and analyze sales figures for actionable insights.
  • Communicate updates, forecasting, and modifications to sales management.
  • Monitor competitive pressures and market movements affecting territory performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales or related experience in the medical device industry, preferably in structural heart or electrophysiology.
  • Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and product portfolios in structural heart and electrophysiology.
  • Experience with cardiac imaging, especially TEE and ICE.
  • Familiarity with high-growth opportunity markets and territory management.
  • Established network of key cardiology opinion leaders and industry influencers.
  • Experience with Hospital Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital equipment sales cycle.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience.
