About the position

The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration within existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers in the Southeastern Florida region. This role involves building strong relationships with architecture and design firms, presenting products, and acting as an industry resource and product expert. The position requires travel throughout the territory and to the headquarters in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and ensure market penetration with existing accounts.
• Pursue new customers and develop new opportunities.
• Specify product lines in the Healthcare and Spaces markets.
• Build relationships with architecture and design firms.
• Conduct appointments and presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior outside sales experience in construction or building products.
• Experience calling on architects and designers.
• Excellent presentation and computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
