About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Boston region for Reflectiz, a global cybersecurity company. This role involves expanding the customer base and managing existing client relationships, ensuring the achievement of sales targets through a full sales cycle approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales targets in the defined territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline development to closing opportunities.
  • Develop and work with channel partners in the territory.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to hit targets and expand business.
  • Oversee the lead development process, ensuring timely outreach and follow-up on new leads.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience selling a SaaS product with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Proficiency in building a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
  • Experience in creating a new market within an industry.
  • Successful experience in the full sales cycle from account planning to closing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical solution evaluators and buyers.
  • Experience in developing and collaborating with channel partners for pipeline growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
