About the position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the RDU territory, focusing on lead generation, client relationship development, and sales growth. This role involves working closely with the President to forecast territory growth, generate sales, and service customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the President in lead-generation development
• Strengthen and develop existing clientele relationships
• Pre-plan and forecast growth in the territory
• Own the end-to-end sales process
• Generate sales and identify qualified personnel
• Meet the demands of both employer and employee
• Service customers' requests and needs

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Knowledge of commercial construction is a plus
• Previous CRM experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and motivated self-starter
• Ability to generate leads and close sales
• Clean driving record
• Ability to travel within RDU, overnight 1-2 times/month
