Crafco, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced outside Sales Territory Manager to oversee sales operations in the states of Delaware, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. This full-time position is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth in the pavement preservation industry. The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for visiting customers regularly, creating new business opportunities, and promoting our high-quality highway and bridge pavement preservation materials and the equipment necessary for their application. The role requires frequent travel within the designated territory, with most days spent out in the field engaging with clients. The successful candidate will receive a strong base salary complemented by bonus potential and profit sharing. Additionally, Crafco provides a company vehicle, laptop, and cellphone to facilitate effective territory management.
