About the position

We are seeking a high-energy and motivated Sales Representative who will primarily focus on selling the company’s cutting-edge dental supplies and equipment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to enter the growing and lucrative dental equipment/supply industry. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on General Practice Dentists and Periodontists within your designated territory. Your role will involve planning and organizing activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory, tailored to each customer's clinical needs. In this position, you will develop business relationships with targeted dental practitioners and meet designated call expectations, focusing on both Dentists and Hygienists. You will deliver scientific product presentations to customers, outlining the features, benefits, and services of our products. Understanding and addressing the business and scientific needs of dental healthcare professionals is crucial, as you will engage in meaningful dialogue to determine underlying patient needs and how our products can address them. Your responsibilities will include following up on sales leads, meeting with customers to assess their needs, and recommending suitable products. You will create sales plans to target new clients, establish and maintain positive business relationships, perform sales calls, and keep an active sales funnel. Additionally, you will coordinate sales efforts with team members and analyze the territory/market's potential, tracking sales and status reports. Responsibilities

  • Call on General Practice Dentist and Periodontist practices in the Dental Sales Representative territory.
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory based on customer needs.
  • Develop business relationships within targeted Dental Practitioners and achieve designated call expectations.
  • Deliver scientific product presentations to customers outlining products, features, benefits, and services.
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with dental healthcare professionals to determine patient needs and how products can address them.
