Responsibilities

  • Conducting training for new and current sales associates and working with sales leadership to develop individualized training plans
  • Collaborating with sales leadership to determine training needs for individuals and/or vertical teams in the SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise sales divisions
  • Improving training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain verticals and/or the corporate sales market at large
  • Scheduling orientations and related training events for individuals and teams
  • Becoming familiar with/and eventually able to speak to all the steps of the Sales Call Process utilized at Relias
  • Staying up to date on current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a sales environment
  • 2+ years' experience in sales training role in a technology company
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years' experience in a sales environment
  • 3+ years' experience in sales training role in a technology company
  • Knowledge of leading sales methodology practices (i.e. Solution Selling, Strategic Selling, etc)
