We are seeking a dynamic Sales Training and Development Manager to partner with our Sales Management team in shaping the future of our Field Staff across the region. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative people development strategies that align with our Sales Functional and Leadership Competencies. Your expertise will empower our team to achieve their full potential and contribute to our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Training Needs: Collaborate actively to assess and define the training requirements for field sales skills and knowledge development, focusing on bridging competency gaps.
  • Develop Innovative Training Materials: Create and curate comprehensive training materials and curricula, incorporating relevant and up-to-date modules that resonate across our sales organization.
  • Facilitate Effective Training Programs: Organize and execute training plans in alignment with established timelines, ensuring a high level of engagement and knowledge retention among participants.
  • Enhance Training Quality: Continuously strive for improvement in training effectiveness by conducting evaluations. Utilize feedback to inform future skills mapping, clustering, and standardization efforts.
  • Foster Collaborative Relationships: Maintain strong communication and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders, including Distributor Salesforce and Agency front liners, to accelerate the development of our field personnel.
  • Manage Training Budget: Ensure the successful execution of training initiatives in accordance with the agreed budget, driving cost-effective solutions while achieving training objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in training facilitation and coaching skills that inspire and develop talent within the organization.
  • Experience in Sales Field roles such as Area Sales Manager (ASM), Key Account Manager (KAM), or National Key Account Manager (NKAM) is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven capability in designing comprehensive learning journeys, including the creation of engaging curriculums, training events, and materials that enhance the learning experience.
  • Able to work independently, in a team, and cross-functionally to build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders especially the Field Team.
  • Showcasing a genuine passion for people development and a commitment to fostering growth.
