About the position

The Sales Training Enablement Manager at Argus Media is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team, particularly in the use of Salesforce. This role serves as a liaison between various departments to create sales content and programs that align with the company's sales strategy and business growth objectives. The position requires a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and resources for ongoing Salesforce education.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, editorial, and business development teams to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Support communication of new products and product enhancements to the sales team.
  • Design and implement successful sales enablement and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or Admin.
  • Strong project and process management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the commodity markets or related industries.
  • Familiarity with data science tools and analytics.
