About the position

As an e-Discovery Consultant at Centurion Discovery Inc, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering tailored e-Discovery solutions to clients, including law firms and corporations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills to help clients navigate the e-Discovery lifecycle, from data collection to review and production.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within law firms, corporations, and other key sectors.
• Manage a sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Present tailored solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on e-Discovery tools, processes, and best practices.
• Understand client needs and recommend technology or workflows for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and service excellence.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and marketing, to ensure client success.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and activity reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years in e-Discovery, legal technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management within the e-Discovery or legal industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-Discovery tools (Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix, etc.) and industry workflows.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Law, Business, Information Technology) preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in e-Discovery (e.g., ACEDS) are a plus.
