About the position

The Salesforce Acquisition Technology Program Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is responsible for leading the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions during agency acquisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to drive scalable enterprise-wide solutions that align with organizational goals. The manager will guide cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure the successful execution of Salesforce integration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and customization of Salesforce solutions during agency acquisitions.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce acquisition-related integrations and customizations.
  • Create and manage project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related programs, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams, Scrum Masters, and Salesforce Architects to manage project plans and ensure quality assurance.
  • Interface with technical teams and stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • Coordinate user training and support initiatives to enhance CRM adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM functionalities with business strategies.

Requirements

  • Overall 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a Program Manager focused on Salesforce technologies.
  • Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing and ambiguous goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex Salesforce solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as they pertain to Salesforce projects.
  • Ability to learn new Salesforce tools and technologies to continuously improve project delivery effectiveness.
