About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Admin / Configurator to join our team in Willingboro, NJ. This role is crucial for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our new Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will enhance the Salesforce experience for users and ensure data integrity across all integrated systems, while also collaborating with various business teams to implement scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve on a team implementing and maintaining the new Salesforce environment, assisting with system administration, business process setup, user setup, profiles, permissions, and data visibility.
  • Maintain, manage, and optimize Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, record types, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automations aligned with business requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform to improve user experience and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity by implementing best practices for data hygiene, including de-duplication, standardization, and validation processes.
  • Develop and execute data migration and cleansing processes as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to Salesforce enhancements and improvements, working closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT.
  • Coordinate with other teams to manage and prioritize incoming requests, set project timelines, and deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Regularly monitor and update the Salesforce platform to ensure performance, security, and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Manage and review security settings, including access controls, data permissions, and role hierarchies.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize their proficiency in Salesforce features and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configuration, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) and/or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce workflows, process automation, security settings, and data governance.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and Salesforce AppExchange tools.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
