The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data systems, CRMA, and SAQL to design robust data systems, develop insightful reports and dashboards, and create custom applications tailored to the company's unique business needs. This role also involves providing user support and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing robust data systems within Salesforce to streamline operations and improve data accessibility.
• Utilizing deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Analytics (CRMA) and Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) to develop insightful reports and dashboards.
• Creating custom applications and solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet unique business needs.
• Supporting end-users and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer focusing on data systems integration.
• Proficiency in CRMA, SAQL, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Advanced Administrator, or Data Architect are a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
