About the position
The Salesforce Admin Developer role combines the responsibilities of a Salesforce Administrator and a Salesforce Developer. This position is essential for managing user access, ensuring data integrity, and configuring the Salesforce system while also utilizing technical skills to build custom solutions using Apex code, Lightning components, and other development tools. The role acts as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation within the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- User management: Creating user profiles, roles, and assigning permissions.
- Data management: Ensuring data quality through validation rules, data cleansing, and import/export processes.
- Field and layout customization: Modifying object fields, page layouts, and record types to fit business needs.
- Security configuration: Setting up sharing rules and organization-wide defaults.
- Workflow automation: Designing and implementing automated processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder and Flows.
- Apex coding: Writing custom Apex classes and triggers to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Lightning Component development: Building custom Lightning components for user interfaces.
- Visualforce development: Creating custom Visualforce pages (if needed).
- Integrations: Developing integrations with external applications using APIs and connectors.
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Testing and quality assurance of custom developed features.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.
