About the position

The Salesforce Administrator and Implementer at Nuvei is responsible for managing and supporting the Salesforce instance(s) to enhance business processes and improve user performance. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external resources to implement best practices, validate enhancements, and maintain the product roadmap for Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and development, with a focus on delivering effective solutions to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration for Salesforce instance(s)
  • Validate proposed enhancements and evaluate technologies to support enhancements
  • Work with R&D to implement changes
  • Recommend and implement best practices across Objects, Flows, Experiences, and reports
  • Help set up and maintain the product roadmap for Salesforce
  • Assist internal clients and stakeholders to improve their Salesforce work performance
  • Design Salesforce-based solutions using customization and development
  • Collaborate with 3rd party Salesforce experts for customization and development tasks
  • Oversee and assist IT with user support for Salesforce-related issues

Requirements

  • Proficient in Salesforce Administration
  • Experience with Salesforce technologies and development technologies (e.g. Flows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages)
  • Three to four years of related experience or equivalent
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility and flexibility in changing priorities
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
