The Salesforce Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of our organization and its users. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including managing internal support requests, resolving issues, and supporting new functionality requests brought forth by end-users. The Salesforce Administrator will also be responsible for performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both new and ongoing development projects, ensuring that all changes meet the necessary requirements and function as intended. In addition to these responsibilities, the Salesforce Administrator will participate in change management efforts aimed at improving our Salesforce implementation. This includes contributing to the alignment of our Salesforce instance with industry best practices, ensuring that our system remains efficient and effective in supporting our business processes. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, as the administrator will need to communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely support. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office O365, as well as outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as the Salesforce Administrator will need to document requirements and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, experience supporting remote workers in a corporate environment is highly desirable, as our organization values flexibility and remote collaboration.
