About the position

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer at AIDS Healthcare Foundation plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity of patient care through the customization and administration of Salesforce applications. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to define system requirements, develop high-quality code, and ensure data integrity while supporting the organization's mission to provide cutting-edge HIV/AIDS medical care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality Salesforce applications and services to multiple AHF PHD departments within budget and timeframe.
  • Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture, including configuration, development, integration, and customization of Salesforce environments.
  • Develop and rollout a new national application and manage other Salesforce projects.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce features, including integration with third-party applications.
  • Analyze complex requirements and develop high-quality code with supporting unit tests and automation tests.
  • Map and load standard object data into Salesforce and maintain data integrity in reporting.
  • Design and develop workflows and assignment rules to automate manual processes.
  • Administer, customize, and configure Salesforce features such as Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Objects, Fields, Record Types, and Validation Rules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, development, and integration.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop high-quality code.
  • Experience with data mapping and loading into Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
