About the position

The Salesforce Administrator position at YMCA of Central Florida focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce applications to improve business processes and customer experience. The role involves managing user access, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement new features and upgrades. The position is integral to the organization's mission of strengthening communities through effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer a Salesforce organization and perform administrative functions using current Salesforce features.
  • Manage Salesforce user setup, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Maintain Salesforce security, including data access and sharing rules.
  • Administer Zuora APIs and configurations, including customizations and workflows.
  • Monitor Salesforce licenses and manage their allocation based on need.
  • Triage service desk tickets, update them, and communicate resolutions to end users.
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce releases and perform regression testing prior to migration.
  • Create and train end users on Salesforce reporting capabilities and dashboards.
  • Monitor data integrity through audits and validation processes.
  • Train users on Salesforce Membership Management and Online Communities.
  • Create and maintain end-user guides and support documentation.
  • Develop automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and Approvals.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, business, communications or related field preferred.
  • Working towards a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) certification within one year of appointment.
  • Relevant technical experience as an advanced Salesforce user.
  • Skills in capturing and documenting test scripts, business processes, and system design.
  • Technical and communication skills for problem-solving user issues and system problems.
  • General understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of YMCA operations is a plus.
