About the position

As a Salesforce Administrator ll, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of Homesteaders Life Company Customer Resource Management in support of business. Your role will include support the business to business and business to consumer applications across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, hierarchies, reports, dashboards, and new client onboarding.
  • Oversee upgrades, testing, and data feed maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to review and design Salesforce solutions based on process analysis and user feedback.
  • Lead the prioritization of Salesforce development activities with administrators and Product Owner, providing input on system architecture changes.
  • Work with internal developers and 3rd party vendors to enhance functionality and resolve issues.
  • Train new and existing users to maximize Salesforce capabilities; create training materials for new processes and features.
  • Provide daily end-user support and guidance on best practices to enhance Salesforce knowledge and usage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and a 4-year degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience administering Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
