About the position

As a Salesforce Administrator at SimuTech Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem to support various business operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about maintaining data integrity, providing user support, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the Salesforce platform and ensure it meets the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage users, user profiles, permission sets, custom objects/fields, Flows, and Lightning Pages.
  • Provide daily Salesforce Help Desk support and train new users.
  • Maintain clean Salesforce data without duplicates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute new development requests.
  • Create and maintain standard Salesforce reports and dashboards for all users.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and manage system upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for key processes.
  • Sync selected data between our Salesforce instance and our software supplier's Salesforce Partner Community.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Salesforce administrator certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of complex business processes and reporting mechanisms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to balance technical decisions with big-picture thinking.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce tools such as Approval Processes, Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Dynamic Actions.
  • Proven ability to create detailed reports and dashboards.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles and general business concepts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Nice-to-haves

  • Exposure to other Salesforce products including Account Engagement (Pardot), Sales Engagement (High Velocity Sales), Quip, and Einstein for Sales.
  • Demonstrated capability in integrating platforms such as Outlook, Conga, Certinia (FinancialForce), and Microsoft Teams.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
  • Interest in Generative AI.
