About the position

The Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst role at V2Soft involves collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance Salesforce functionality and improve business processes. The position requires a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, and analytics to support the organization's technology solutions and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Salesforce.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, data integrity, and user access.
  • Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data within Salesforce.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.
  • Contribute to the business short-and long-term planning sessions and provide direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
  • Provide assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
