About the position

As a Salesforce Administrator- Support Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will play a crucial role in leveraging technology and data to enhance business processes and workflows across the organization. This position involves providing expert support for various Information/Technology systems, diagnosing and resolving issues within Salesforce and other platforms, and managing support requests to ensure timely responses and resolutions. You will work closely with a team of Salesforce Support Specialists and Administrators, serving over 2,000 end users and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent support to the business enterprise as an internal subject matter expert for various Information/Technology systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues within Salesforce, Leap CPQ, Five9, and other company platforms.
  • Manage and oversee open tickets in the company Jira Service Desk, communicating updates with team members and internal customers.
  • Respond to and complete support requests (tickets) in a timely manner as per Service-Level Agreement (2 Hours to First Response/40 Hours to Resolution).
  • Manage processes related to Salesforce Org, including creating and maintaining fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other Salesforce objects.

Requirements

  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard capabilities of Salesforce including ongoing customization/alterations.
  • Proficiency with automation tools, specifically updating and creating FLOWS.
  • Experience in investigating workflows, processes, flows, and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Education or experience in systems, databases, and administration tools.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical staff.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Jira Service Desk.
  • Familiarity with Leap CPQ and Five9 platforms.
