About the position
The Salesforce Administrator will support the Salesforce Orgs and the Bullhorn for Salesforce application, focusing on enhancing user interfaces and automating processes to improve efficiency for the sales organization. This role involves close collaboration with sales leadership to document business processes and implement tailored technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively analyze existing sales and recruiting processes and identify opportunities for technical enhancements and efficiencies.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and automation rules to support sales and recruiting teams.
- Develop and support customer reports and dashboards.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage Salesforce updates.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage Salesforce Projects.
- Work with vendors and consultants for specialized projects.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure and plan for disaster recovery.
Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Experience working with Talent Rover, Bullhorn is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including the use of tools like Jira or Asana.
- Experience managing Salesforce deployments with tools like Flosum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in documentation and change management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a staffing/recruiting industry is highly desirable.
